BGK law firm's status as Baker County Attorney. (Joel Addington, Baker County Press, November 21, 2017)

The law firm of SAMUEL PAUL GARRISON, the current Florida House Rules and Ethics Committee Chair and future Florida House Speaker 2026-2027 is BRADLEY, GARRISON & KOMANDO. Incredibly, the BGK law firm seeks to be St. Johns County Attorney. This is apparently not the first time that the BGK firm has used its political influence to be County Attorney for a Florida County facing overdevelopment.

According to the article, "His firm partner is Baker County’s voice in the Florida Senate, Rob Bradley..."  And they're doing it again today in St. Johns County -  using their "voice" in Tallahassee to drum up local business, only this time, another partner, Rep. Samuel Garrison is being being used to pitch the business.

It appears that the BGK law firm used its influence to be County Attorney for Baker County, another Northeast Florida, when ROBERT BRADLEY was a State Senator. Does this apparent common scheme or plan or similar transaction or occurrence involving a secretive corporate law firm to engage in regulatory capture of County Attorney offices require a civil, criminal and administrative investigation by FBI and FDLE? You tell me.

Thanks for article by Joel Addington, Baker County Press, November 21, 2017:

County attorney Rich Komando was recently named a new partner at Clay County law firm Kopelousos, Bradley, Garrison & Komando, P.A.

The former prosecutor in the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Clay, Duval and Nassau counties specializes in criminal defense and municipal law.

He’s the past president of the Clay County Bar Association, chairman of Project Cold Case and president of Healing Hands of the First Coast.

He built a private practice and worked as the general counsel for the Guardian ad Litem program in the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Komando holds a bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from Florida State University, and he earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law.

His firm partner is Baker County’s voice in the Florida Senate, Rob Bradley, who said the promotion was an easy decision.

“Rich has been a valued part of our firm for years, and he possesses the qualities that our law firm prides itself on, such as dedication, knowledge and experience,” Mr. Bradley said. “We are excited to make him a partner and to continue providing top legal service in Northeast Florida.”

That lawfirm isn't a portal to another dimension nor is it reasonable to suggest that we need a county attorney who has never practiced law before.

No one ever said that. We need a full-time County Attorney, not a conflicted political corporate law firm that refuses to disclose its clients. There is no public benefit to this hare-brained scheme.

Who is "Pete?" What is his interest in BGK? What is his interest in ETM? Who put the salsa in his shorts? Who put the hatred in his heart? Why so chauvinistic? Defending the special interests.

What motivates "Pete" to spout such nonsense? Why does BGK want to be County Attorney for several counties, while representing undisclosed private corporate clients? The technical term is "regulatory capture." We, the People object to their flummery, dupery and nincompoopery. We reject their works and pomps. Tell BGK, ETM and their "Pete" to go elsewhere.

Who is "Pete?" How would "Pete" explain himself to investigators? If "Pete" is a lawyer, or working in concert with BGK, someone has possibly violated Florida Bar rules.

I can't even see half your three or four comments because they run into the text and graphics.
