  • Former U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown has satisfied the restitution order related to her 2022 guilty plea on a tax charge.
  • Brown's initial conviction on fraud and tax charges was overturned in 2021 and she took a plea bargain and avoided a new trial.
  • Although initially ordered to pay over $500,000 in restitution, Brown's final payment amounted to about $62,650.
