Good morning::
1. Hundreds of business owners and employees support extending Nights of Lights by a mere two (2) weeks in light of economic realities -- reduction in Canadian and American tourism.
2.  Please send documents that i requested on December 9, 2025.
3.  Prior St. Augustine City Commissioners once refused to respond to citizen concerns and they violated our First Amendmnent rights, refusing to fly Rainbow flags for Gay Pride.  The United States District Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order only fourteen (14) days later.   Jensen v. City of St. Augustine, 3:05-cv-00504-HLA-HTS (June 7, 2005 TRO by Senior United States District Court Judge Henry Lee Adams, Jr.).
4. Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said that this was "the most lawless" place in America.  The City of St. Augustine needs a more welcoming spirit. It must stop reading a vague statement chilling free speech righrts. https://staugustinefl.new.swagit.com/videos/362922 at 13:11
5. Please cease and desist from First Amendment violations. See Moms for Liberty v. Broward Public Schools118 F. 4th 1324  (October 8, 2024).  The First Amendment, in its majesty, protects our rights. Moms for Liberty v. Brevard Public Schools, No. 23-10656 (11th Cir., 2024)
6. Will City Commissioners kindly hold a special called emergency meeting on or before December 22, 2025, as so many business owners and employees have requested?
Thank you.
