WHO IS ROBERT MILNER BRADLEY?

Former Florida State Senator, law partner of current Florida Rules & Ethics Committee and Speaker-elect of Florida House.  Current Chair of St. Johns River Water Management District.  His law heir firm seeks to be hired as St. Johns County Attorney, based on their "influence." Partner RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO refuses to disclose their client list, stiffing Commission Ann Taylor and me.  Now we know their clients include the SLAUGHTER BROTHERS, which current St. Johns County Interim County Attorney RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO represented in federal court case where the SLAUGHTER BROTHERS were convicted of tax fraud and workers compensation fraud.

Rob Bradley is a former Florida state senator who from 2012 to 2020 represented Florida’s 5th District including all of Clay, Bradford, Union, Baker, Columbia, Suwanee, Lafayette, Gilchrist, Dixie and Levy counties, as well as part of Marion County.

For the past 20 years, as managing partner of Bradley, Garrison & Komando P.A.., Rob has focused his career on representing local municipalities and political subdivisions. He leads a team that serves as general counsel to the Town of Orange Park, the City of Keystone Heights, The Crossings Community Development District (Eagle Harbor), the City of Atlantic Beach and Baker County. Rob has also successfully represented other community development districts around the state on a special engagement basis regarding ad valorem taxation issues.

With his extensive experience in government and municipal law, Rob also represents private businesses and individuals with a wide array of legal matters that require an intimate understanding of government regulation, financing, procurement and administration. These clients include both large and small landowners, private businesses and prospective businesses in Clay County.
