So here we sit, with a $50 million plus City budget and a half-billion dollar county budget, with waste, fraud, abuse, misfeasance, malfeasance, nonfeasance, flummery, dupery, chicanery, coverups, incompetence, no-bid contracts, racism, sexism and homophobia.
