14% African-American Hires in FY 2016

Three cheers for City Manager John Regan, P.E. -- 14% of the 47 new employees hired during the recently-ended 2016 fiscal year were African-American, roughly equal to the percentage of black people in St. Augustine, once run by the KKK and segregationists.  Viva!
