Not even The St. Augustine Record new of the changed time (meetings historically began at 7 pm, and more recently at 6 pm).
On the agenda of the continued meeting, containing new items, is no general public comment, which must be added.
In addition, there are four items, agenda items 5A, 5B, 5C and 5D, which could interfere with public rights to public comment in meetings.
City Manager Max Royle promises people will have three minutes each to speak on 5A, 5B, 5C and 5D.
Do attend and speak out, please. Leave pitchforks and torches outside: it could be a bumpy night.
