CORNEAL LICENSE SUSPENDED: STATE of FLORIDA v. DAVID BARTON CORNEAL, Case No. 15011370TR

On June 29, 2015, the Florida Highway Patrol cited DAVID BARTON CORNEAL for speeding.
On August 10, 2015, Judge Charles Tinlin suspended CORNEAL's driver's license.
CORNEAL did not appeal and did not pay his fine.
So, Judge Tinlin sent the fine to collections, assessed a fee and advised Traffic Citation Accounting Transmission System (TCATS)(Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptroller).
Here's the online Clerk of Courts record on State of Florida v. DAVID BARTON CORNEAL, Case No. 15011370TR, involving CORNEAL's speeding at the intersection of SR207 Coquina Crossing Drive in his silver 2002 BMW with Pennsylvania plates (CORNEAL has lived in St. Augustine since at least 2014, when he registered to vote here, but still has Pennsylvania license plates, EKP1789, expiring later this year):
