Jason L. Stienmetz is a Research Coordinator for the Eric Friedheim Tourism Institute at the University of Florida where his duties include developing and designing research projects; collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data; writing comprehensive research reports and scientific articles for publication; and presenting research at conferences. Jason is also working towards his Ph.D. in business administration with a concentration in tourism and sport management.
Jason has over 15 years of experience working in hospitality and tourism, two years of experience in community development as a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica, and has previously been part of research teams for the International Institute for Tourism Studies, the U.S. Travel Association, and the National Laboratory for Tourism and eCommerce.
