Dear Prospective St. Augustine Building Destroyers:
We, the People have figured out how to stop you.
If you get a demolition permit for an historic building, we take it to the City Commission.
We make our elected officials hear the evidence on appeal.
We expose you to the world on prime time streaming video and archived tape all over the world on the Internet
If you destroy an historic building without a permit, we report you to OSHA and USDOL for criminal, civil and administrative investigation, and we vote your corrupt regime out of office.
Because, well, that's what we do.
So, knock it off.
Stop destroying our history.
Love our history instead of destroying it.
