Three cheers for United States District Judge Robert Hinkle of Tallahassee

Tallhaassee U.S. District Court Judge Robert Hinkle has rightly found Florida's anti-Gay marriage law and its misdemeanor provision unconstitutional.  Gay marriages will begin January 6, 2015.

The Supreme Court of the United States declined to stay his order.

He has afforded defendants until December 29, 2014 for their thirteenth-hour folderol, flummery, dupery and nincompoopery, amidst an overwrought and biased memo by multinational corporate law firm GREENBERG TRAURIG to the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comprollers, Inc.
