Please research. This is a matter of public safety, the public's Right to Know and the right to peaceful quiet enjoyment of their homes and hotel and guest house rooms.
Please be more proactive in your approach to problem-solving in our City. Thank you.

Subject: City power to regulate "all you can drink specials" at local bars?

Dear Isabel, John and Loran:
Please provide any city code or Florida statute or case law citations or opinion
allowing us to regulate "all you can drink" specials, including dram shop or
public nuisance approaches.

Thank you.
With kindest regards,
