Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority A Model for St. Augustine and Florida?

Here's a possible model for coping with St. Augustine flooding and coastal erosion. Check out;  Louisiana is working on a 50 year effort to restore its coast. Some food for thoughts about the future of St. Augustine: we need state and federal funds to solve our flooding problems and restore destroyed wetlands.  With the St. Augustine National Historical Park and National Seashore Act comes efforts to protect wetlands, which protect us from hurricanes and  planning to cope with coastal erosion.
