Another bad project rejected by Wall Street investors, still dead after four years

Nearly four years ago, Wall Street responded to environmental and economic facts by rejecting the proposed Coquina Coast desalination plant at Palm Coast, a technological turkey that activists opposed. Naturally, the St. Augustine Record offered only superficial coverage; as in Russia or Iraq, the Record seems to work for governments and businesses.
