On November 19, 2015, City Commissioners spent two (2) hours on boring training by louche lackey Dr. ROBERT E. LEE, DPA of Florida Gulf Coast University.
On June 17, 2015, Assistant City Manager TIMMY BURCHFIELD authorized $1950 for a "four hour workshop."
There was no competitive bidding, only a purchase order to LEE's private company, LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADVISORS, INC.
