Ten local residents (including one cute baby and this blogger) waited for hours before the Planning and Zoning Board voted 6-0 to reject a local lawyer's demand to kill six trees by attorney J. RUSSELL COLLINS at 34 East San Carlos Avenue, in Conservation Overlay Zone 3.
COLLINS, his builder and agent did not appear or request rescheduling, causing ten people to wait around for hours. That's the way our City conducts business -- at the behest of developers and rich guys, hoping to wear out We, The People who oppose their tree-killing, wetland-killing, neighborhood-destroying projects.
At first Board members wanted to continue the matter, but We, the People requested that the application be denied. COLLINS can refile, but must pay another fee.
