IS FORMER REPUBLICAN COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN THOMAS G. MANUEL TESTIFYING AGAINST OTHER PUBLIC OFFICIALS?

When the FBI busts a corrupt public official, the normal procedure is to put the cuffs on and take them to the Federal Courthouse. See below re: former Chicago Police Commander charged with perjury and obstruction of justice on torture investigation.

In sharp and marked contrast, former Republican County Commission Chairman THOMAS G. MANEL got to turn himself in, without a perp walk.

The reasonable inference is that he is cooperating with the Justice Department and will be testifying against the corrupt speculators, developers and assorted sordid scalawags who have committed crimes against nature in St. Johns County since 1998.

In the words of Jack Lord from Hawai'i 5-0, "book 'me, Dan-o."
