I FILED SEC SECURITIES FRAUD COMPLAINT AGAINST D.R. HORTON, INC. ON FALSE TESTIMONY ABOUT FISH ISLAND BALD EAGLE NEST

The bald eagle, our National symbol is under attack by a publicly traded, SEC-regulated company, D.R. HORTON, INC. which proposes to destroy thousands of trees on FISH ISLAND.

D.R. HORTON presented perjury denying the existence of an active bald eagle nest.

No response from D.R. HORTON or its expert, lying RYAN CARTER.

Thus, I filed a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission today:

1. D.R. HORTON violated SEC Rule 10b-5, codified at 17 C.F.R. 240.10b-5, by presenting materially false testimony at the July 3, 2018 meeting of the St. Augustine, Florida Planning and Zoning Board through consultant RYAN CARTER, falsely claiming that bald eagle nest number SJ019 was "abandoned."
2. Expert eyewitnesses testified that nest J019 is currently active.
3. Unrebutted testimony from our  Matanzas Riverkeeper, Jen Lemberk, St. Johns County Audubon Society President Amy Koch, Audubon Eagle Watch expert Rhonda Lovett and eco-tour guide Adam Morley ALL verified the presence of eagles, with time-stepped photos (17MAR2018 13:15; 13:17; 13:19) admitted into evidence.
4. Please initiate a civil, criminal and administrative investigation of D.R. HORTON.
